Precision Castings

Sand mould, no-bake moulded and centrifugal castings in more than 100 alloy grades, from grey and ductile iron to Duplex, Hastelloy and Inconel steel, poured to global ASTM standards.

Casting in 100+ Alloy Grades

Anaya Enterprises produces ferrous and steel castings using different methods, poured to global ASTM standards for sectors including oil & gas, rail and many more.

Our engineers, with over 30 years of combined expertise, will guide you in selecting the right casting process for your needs: traditional sand mould casting, the quick “no-bake moulding” method or centrifugal casting. Every component starts with the technique best matched to its geometry, alloy and duty.

Need a finished part rather than a raw casting? Our custom manufacturing team machines castings to your drawings, and our engineering services group supports design and prototyping.

Sand Mould Casting

Sand mould casting is a long-established technique in which detailed metal parts are created by shaping sand moulds around specific patterns. The technique holds fine detail and gives consistent results, so components meet your exact specifications, pour after pour.

Centrifugal Casting

For sleeves, bushes, liners, rings and other cylindrical parts, we offer true centrifugal casting in carbon, low alloy and high alloy steel. Single pieces run from 50 kg to 600 kg; see the full capacity below.

Ferrous & Steel Casting

We cast a full range of ferrous metals, including steel, steel alloy, high alloy steel and high chrome steel castings. We also manufacture steel castings that comply with global standards, including:

  • Monel, Duplex and Hastelloy steel castings for demanding corrosive service, alongside the full range of cast stainless grades.
  • Incoloy, Inconel and Nichrome steel castings for elevated-temperature applications.
  • Grey iron (ASTM A 48) and ductile iron (ASTM A 536) castings with DIN EN equivalents.

The complete grade-by-grade list, with ASTM specifications and minimum mechanical properties, is set out in the alloy tables below.

Sectors We Serve

We produce castings using a broad spectrum of materials for multiple sectors, including Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Agriculture Equipment, Construction Machinery, Energy, Manufacturing, and diverse Transportation industries such as marine and railways.

Casting is one part of a complete component program: we also produce custom-machined parts, custom forgings, precision gears and custom fabrications. Not sure which process fits your part? Talk to an engineer or browse all products.
