Stainless Castings for Washdown Service
Food processing equipment lives in wet, corrosive conditions: repeated washdown cycles, cleaning chemicals and acidic product streams. Our precision castings cover this with corrosion-resistant stainless grades from our published alloy tables, including CF-8, the cast equivalent of wrought 304, and CF-8M, the cast equivalent of wrought 316, each poured to the ASTM specification listed for the grade.
For more corrosive streams the same tables extend to duplex and other corrosion-resistant grades per ASTM, so the wet end of your equipment can be specified grade by grade. To be clear, these are engineered components cast to ASTM standards with quality control adhering to ISO standards. We do not market them as food-grade certified.
Pumps for Processing Lines
Processing plants run on water, and our pump line covers it: more than 180 models including water circulation and self-priming pumps. Each pump uses a glandless design sealed with mechanical seals, runs on balanced impellers and is backed by ISO-standard pressure and performance testing before it ships.

Custom Fabrication & Machined Components
Beyond castings and pumps, we build the one-off and production parts that keep processing equipment running. Our custom fabrications team handles cutting, welding and assembly in diverse materials, while our custom manufacturing lines machine components from your drawings, samples or specifications, from prototypes to production runs.
Our engineering services group carries each part from the drawing board to completion with design & development, prototyping, consultancy and quality assurance. With logistics and customs handled, delivery is on time, worldwide, supported from our Toronto, Canada sales office and California, USA warehouse. Food processing is one of the 12+ industries we serve. See them all on our industries page, or talk to an engineer about your line.
