Aluminium & Bronze Turbo Bearings
A turbocharger lives or dies at its bearings. Through our custom manufacturing lines, Anaya Enterprises produces aluminium and bronze bearings for rotating and reciprocating machinery, turbochargers included, in both centrifugal cast thick-wall and sintered thin-wall constructions, including self-lubricating graphite bronze designs.
Our published bearing materials list includes tin and lead base babbitt and leaded bronze. Every bearing is made to the same OEM-quality standard we have supplied to the aftermarket since 1990.
To be clear about what we do: we do not build complete turbochargers. We manufacture the bearings, bushings and precision-machined components inside them: the parts that wear, and the parts you replace.
Bushings, Thrust Washers & Wear Parts
Beyond the bearing bore, we manufacture aluminium and bronze bushings, thrust washers and wear plates in gunmetal, aluminium bronze, high-tensile brass and bronze, and copper and titanium alloy blends, engineered for high-wear settings. Where a programme calls for cast components, our precision castings range covers corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant grades poured to global ASTM standards.
Machined To Your Drawings
Every component we supply is custom manufactured from your drawings, samples or specifications, from one-off prototypes to full production runs, and inspected to ISO standards before it ships. Our engineering services team supports design and development, prototyping, consultancy and technical support, working with you from the drawing board to completion.
Delivery is worldwide and on time, with logistics and customs handled, supported by our Toronto sales office and our California warehouse, in operation since 2017.
