Forgings for Earth-Moving Equipment
Earth-moving equipment is one of the sectors our forge was built around. Our custom forgings cover complex gears and solid shafts alike, each one manufactured from your drawings, samples or specifications, as one-off prototypes or full production runs, as we have done since 1990.
Where the driveline calls for cut teeth rather than forged blanks, our precision custom gears serve the construction and mining sectors alongside transportation and energy. And when a part is better poured than forged, our foundry produces sand mould, ferrous and steel castings to ASTM standards for the Construction Machinery and Agriculture Equipment sectors.
Bearings, Bushings & Wear Parts for High-Wear Settings
Through our custom manufacturing lines we produce aluminium and bronze bearings and bushings, centrifugal cast and sintered, including self-lubricating graphite bronze designs, made for the rotating and reciprocating machinery that earth-moving and mining equipment depends on.
The same lines engineer thrust washers, wear plates and impellers for high-wear settings such as hydraulic pumps, transmission systems and heavy machinery. Material blends across the range include:
- Gunmetal and aluminium bronze for demanding wear surfaces.
- High-tensile brass and bronze for heavily loaded bushings and washers.
- Copper and titanium alloy blends engineered for high-wear service.
The same bearing programme supports the fleets covered on our mining industry page.
Crankshafts, Connecting Rods & Engineering Support
We manufacture crankshafts and connecting rods for earth movers and tractors, on the same OEM-quality lines that serve air compressors, pumps, locomotives and marine engines. For diesel engine components, see our engines industry page.
From the drawing board to completion, our engineering services group supports design and development, prototyping and technical support, while our representation & sourcing team handles QA inspection, backend logistics and customs so parts arrive on time, worldwide.
