Forgings, Gears & Castings for Mining Drivetrains
Mining is one of the sectors we name first for custom forgings, alongside oil and gas and earth-moving equipment, covering everything from complex gears to solid shafts. Where geartrains are the critical path, our precision custom gears serve the mining, construction, energy and transportation sectors with the accuracy heavy drivetrains demand.
For housings and structural parts, our sand mould, ferrous and steel castings span grey and ductile iron plus corrosion-resistant grades including duplex, Monel, Hastelloy, Incoloy, Inconel and Nichrome, all poured to ASTM specifications. Fabricated assemblies are covered too, through custom fabrications with cutting, welding and assembly under one roof.
Bearings, Bushings & Wear Parts
High-wear points are where mining machinery lives or dies. Through our custom manufacturing lines we produce aluminium and bronze bearings and bushings, including self-lubricating graphite bronze types, for the rotating and reciprocating machinery found in earth-moving and mining equipment, pumps and compressors.
Thrust washers, wear plates and impellers complete the range, machined in gunmetal, aluminium bronze, high-tensile brass and bronze, and copper and titanium alloy blends for high-wear settings such as hydraulic pumps, transmission systems and heavy machinery.
