Oil & gas is a named sector in both our casting and forging programs. Since 1990 we have manufactured OEM-quality engineering components and aftermarket replacement parts from our facilities in India, supported by our Toronto, Canada sales office and our California, USA warehouse, in operation since 2017.

Every part passes rigorous quality control adhering to ISO standards before it ships, and we handle the logistics and customs so it arrives on time, wherever in the world your operation runs.
Corrosion-Resistant Castings
Corrosive process streams are hard on components, and material selection decides how long a part lasts. Our precision castings line pours corrosion-resistant steel grades to ASTM specifications, including:
- Duplex, Monel and Hastelloy steel castings for demanding corrosive service.
- Incoloy, Inconel and Nichrome grades for elevated-temperature applications.
- Heat-resistant grades plus grey and ductile iron for general plant duty.
Each casting is produced by sand mould methods to the ASTM specification your drawing calls for, and inspected under quality control adhering to ISO standards.
Forgings, Pumps & Machined Parts
Where forged strength is required, our custom forgings cover complex gears, solid shafts and more, forged to your specifications.
Our custom manufacturing lines cover the rotating equipment around your operation. The pump range runs to 180+ models, glandless mechanical-seal designs with balanced impellers that deliver up to 150 m vertically and 12,000 m horizontally, each pressure- and performance-tested to ISO standards. We also supply aluminium and bronze bearings and bushings for rotating and reciprocating machinery such as pumps and compressors.
Need engineering input first? Our engineering services team supports design and development, prototyping and technical support from the drawing board to completion, and our representation and sourcing group adds QA inspection with backend logistics and customs.
